Bananarama are celebrating their 30th anniversary with the long-awaited release of their first comprehensive CD/DVD collection, out 9th July (the week of the Hit Factory concert at Hyde Park). Tracklist is as follows:

Sadly Jacquie is yet again overlooked on the front cover with not even a close-up shot but hopefully she will feature more in the album sleeve. I'm sure all fans will agree this is a wonderful release, especially for the fact that we will finally get all those amazing videos in DVD quality! <3

Well hello!!! First post in a long time and it feels good to be back! Not a lot has been happening in Nanaworld lately but big things are coming so I thought I was time I checked in with you all again! BIG Shakespears Sister update!!!

Sorry it's been very quiet here lately but basically there's been nothing new to share, LOL!

However, we've had a big dose of Shakespears Sister news this week as they have announced that their NEW single will be a cover of none other than the Bananarama classic 'Really Saying Something' (a digital-only release). Check out the cover:


Also, the long-awaited CD/DVD of the 2010 tour is finally coming soon and will be available to pre-order on the official website this weekend! Here is the cover:

Sharing the stage with Bananarama

Hello all, hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas! I had the most amazing moment of my life at the Nanas Clapham Grand gig last week - not only was I front row in the middle, I was also one of the lucky audience members who got selected to join the ladies onstage for 'Venus'! 'Baby It's Christmas' finally has a release date!!! The single comes out as a digital download on December 13th. The tracklisting is as follows:

'Stay' chart update - #12

The X Factor effect has taken 'Stay' to new heights on the UK chart as it has peaked today at #12, with 25,943 copies sold. Congratulations to Siobhan and Marcy!!! What a wonderful week to be a Shakespears Sister fan!
